How We Work on Every Job
Most people call us because something bugs them. Spots on the shower glass. White crust around the faucets. Water that tastes a little like the pool. Our first step is a free water test with zero obligation, so we know what's actually in your water before we suggest anything.
Then we put it in writing. The quote names the system, its size and why we picked it for your home. It also lists the things that move the price: where your main line comes in, whether there's a softener loop already or we need to add one, the drain and power the system needs, and the condition of the pipes we'll tie into. Install is included with our water treatment systems, so it never shows up later as a separate charge.
The hands-on work is done by our partner plumbers. They follow the scope on your quote, step by step. If they open up a line and find something nobody could see before, like a corroded fitting, they stop and show you. Nothing gets added unless you say yes.

A softener isn't the answer for every home. We look at your test results, how the water tastes and what you use it for, then tell you which system fits. Sometimes that's a reverse osmosis unit under the sink and nothing more.

Our equipment valves carry a 5-year warranty. We point to it on your paperwork, and if a valve acts up, you reach us at the same number you called the first time.

A clean space when we leave
Old cartridges and packaging go with us. We wipe up, check every joint for drips and show you the bypass valve. You'll also know how to add salt or swap a filter.
